I know that you can get sulphur smells during fermentation and normally just leave it to degas then bottle/keg. As this beer needs bottled at 1.020 I don't have time to let it degas. I have added nutrient and given it a stir to try and help it degas.

Should I leave it then add sugar if I need to up the OG at bottling time?
