Hey all brewers, I am one half of Mysterious Brewing, I am a former supporting member of this forum before turning professional nearly two years ago.
We are looking to pay forward our support from the home brew community by running a competition to brew our next single hopped beer. We started the series with Citra and didn't get any further after being asked to re brew it several times.
You can see all of the conditions for the competition in the link but essentially, we would like brewers to present their favourite hop, using their own techniques to lock in those flavours and aromas. We all know that there are several ways of doing the same thing in brewing and nobody proves that more than home brewers.
Hop products are allowed and we hope you can be creative within the boundaries of the competition. The Malt Miller have kindly let us run it through their site so you can buy the malt pack and entry code.
