The one in the US is planned to open later this year / early next year I believe. It's actually the first BD crowdfunding type deal I didn't go with.

The one in Ellon is still a bit of a Work In Progress but they certainly haven't given up on it. It came down to the price the council wanted for the land being too high. Given the local council let Trump dump some tacky golf course on some beautiful coastline just a few miles away, I can't see this being a big hurdle to overcome!
