Got some time this afternoon to make a brew.
Not going to get the chance again for a couple of weeks BUT I appear to be out of yeast apart from a really old sachet of English ale yeast which I'm not sure about.
I do have a beer in the primary at the moment that I am due to keg soon - If I move it today I can just reuse the slurry right?? Research seems to suggest I pitch about one third of the slurry into the new wort??
