£50 - 10L of grape juice and all the rest required to make up to 23L

Piece of cake to out together, took me about 10 mins 😁

I made one of these before (vinocello) and it was alright, so am giving this one a shot for a wee change from WOW's

£50  i hope its a good one, we are on the Wine Buddy Sav Blanc tonight, a nice change from the supermarket juice wines.

Yeh it's a bit more than I would normally spend, especially compared with about £15 for the cost of 25L of wow !

The last one I made did have a more complex depth of flavour than cheaper red kits, and the man in the shop reckoned that all the staff made this one over Christmas and were happy that it was the best red kit from kenridge... fingers crossed though 😉

The Kenridge classic kits are excellent, so far i have tried the barolla, cabernet saauvignon and sauvignon blanc. Paid approx £46 for each but the quality is way beyond cellar 7 which is my standard kit these days. I would be interested to know what you think of the trilogy blend when its done.

I racked this one the other day and put in the last bits and pieces (wine stopper and Chitosan, whatever the fool that is, one part finings presumably), and it's got a nice inch of sediment at the bottom already

Will give it a week and bottle this bad boy :)

Just curious did you follow the instructions ie racking for a secondary fermentation ? I recall racking 3 or 4 times with my first Kenridge kit per the instructions. Just finished a sauvignon blanc and simply let it fully ferment out then racked once to fine and clear - as per celler 7 kits. Not noticed a difference the wine is still excellent.

yeh you got me there mate, I couldn't be bothered racking more than once, so didn't ! guy in my lhbs said they all do the same, just let it ferment out, then rack/degass/clear :thumb:
