Next year i am going to start a proper brew log, at the moment i just brew it's all drinkable but nothing is recorded it's not like i don't have the time i do, I just look on it as something to do in my retirement keeps me busy so yeah a little more serious next year

I have brewers friend Clint but rarely use it i prefare brewmate, i can print off that think i just got lazy along the way

I gave up on my written log book ages ago but do try and keep my Brewers Friend up to date for actuals - editing recipe for what actually happened in terms of numbers, timings, attenuation etc. Find it really helps to have laptop running and sit and do it in real time whilst many or boil is on. Needs to be distraction free though. I.e. no kids, no paid work, no smoking of chickens etc.
