Ok. HD/CD = heating/cooling differential. If you set TS=25°C, CD=2°C , and HD=3°C, then when measured temperature is higher or equal to 27°C(TS+CD), system enters refrigeration status; when temperature drops to 25°C(TS), stop refrigeration; when measured temperature is lower or equal to 22°C(TS-HD), system enters heating status; when the temperature raises back to 25°C(TS), stop heating. Taken directly from the manual. That is quite a large temperature range so you might want to finesse it a bit.
 
Thanks I will look at the video. The manual didn't really make much sense to me. Just had to pull it out of the bin, threw it by mistake

If you set your desired temperature to, say, 19°c, and set both HD and CD to 1°c, the heater will come on when temp drops to 18, go off again when it gets back to 19. If temp reaches 20, fridge will come on until temp is back to 19.
