A former finance boss at Brantano and Jones Bootmaker has been appointed as finance director at Shoe Zone.

Terry Boot has joined the discount retailer, replacing Peter Foot who left last month after just seven months in the role.

Mr Boot joins after four years working with jewellery buying group The Company of Master Jewellers, where he was interim FD and then chief executive.
