Er … not sure what you mean by “Artisan”. Sorry.
I can normally make a decent loaf (see photo for todays effort) and I’m still using the sourdough starter that I started well over six months ago.
My problem is that the only time I’ve tried introducing potatoes into bread I failed in the manner indicated!
My suspicion is that I put too much potatoes into the bread; which is why I wanted a recipe from someone other than t’Internet!
