Hi all,
I'm thinking on getting a bigger boiler for my BIAB set up, currently have a 27l Burco where I always have to add water at the end of the boil to get 25 or so litres into the fermenter.
Was looking at the 40l Burco but it's nearly £200 so was thinking the Grainfather 40l sparge boiler would do the trick, does anyone know if you can you get a false bottom for it? Also, was thinking of putting a bottom drain into it, has anyone tried this, do the elements cover the entire underside?
I already have a PID and a chugger pump so not really after an all in one (though am tempted by the G40!)
Thanks!
