Help on offer anywhere? I've made the Irish Velvet Stout which I will be bottling tonight, Im transfering the stout into another bucket before and I was just wondering how much sugar to add before bottling? I know the rule is 1/2 tsp for ale so if anyone have any tips I'd really appreciate it thanks terry
 
I think that your instructions would say a level teaspoon per pint or 1/2 litre. You shouldn't go far wrong with 1/2 teaspoon per bottle. :thumb:
