Hi everyone.
My first brew and now onto the 2nd fermentation stage in bottles. They have been at warmish temps for a week and now, as suggested by many here, they were transferred to a colder environment, (the shed!) this morning for a few more weeks. Down south here its still quite mild but I'm hearing we are in for a cold snap next week. Will my bottled babies be ok in very cold temps of should I bring them back in?
The brew is Coopers Aussie lager btw.
Cheers!!
