I have noticed that if i do a batch of beer and once bottled put it straight in the cold (ie my garage ) then the beer never gets carbonated.
If however after a bottling i store the beer for 3-4 weeks in a warm kitchen then chill in the garage the brews are perfect.

Is there a reason for the cold to kill the carbonation?

Thanks

Hi you need two give them four days in the warm this let's the sugar use the last of the yeast up and gives it the gas then the cold will help clear your beer
