I want to store the main bulk of my beer in the corny, but for times when I want to take a bottle of two to friends would I be able to bottle from the corny, cap the bottle then drink it at friends say 2 hours later?

Cheers :thumb:

If you can get a bit of tubing to fit over your tap and reach to the bottom of the bottle you'll be ok :thumb:

It's not ideal, but it stops the beer foaming too much so you retain some CO2, and you intend to drink it pretty soon so not much to worry about. I have a 4 pint and an 8 pint brewery 'jug' that I fill from cornies for parties etc :thumb:

Ill find some tubing and do that then, it'll only be to drink that night/a couple of nights.
If I fill it to the top and cap it the lack of air should keep it well enough?
