Hi All,

I have a FV of coopers that has been fermenting for just over two weeks and I need a bit of advice on bottling.

If I drop it into my bottling bucket and leave it in the cold for a few days, will there be enough yeast in it to secondary ferment when I bottle it?

Cheers,

D

FV in the cold for two days, bottling bucket in the cold for 2 days - is that good? It's really cold, btw, probably around 5 - 8 degs on some nights...

No, FV in the cold until you're ready to bottle. Rack it to the bottling bucket and bottle all in one session. :thumb:
