Hi all,

After all the help from the kind and knowledgeable people on this forum I have bottled my first batch of WOW wine.

It was made using apple juice rather than orange and started 1 month ago. I'm very impressed with what can be achieved with so little!

5 Bottles - the 6th is in the fridge!

I put my finings box behind one of the bottles to test its clarity:

Two more different flavoured WOWs will be just about ready to bottle in the next week or so!
Got to find more bottles now ...

That clarity looks really good! If you can leave a bottle or 2 for a few months it massively improves in terms of the harshness.

I haven't done an apple one yet so interested in hearing your thoughts on it. I've done apple and mango but couldn't taste any apple.

Superb :thumb:

Now do yourself a favour and hide one bottle away for at least 3 months.

Then get another batch on.
