That makes total sense. The more I learn about beer making, the more I learn about beer, and the more intrigued I am about different styles, and the more appreciative of them I am.
Tried a local brew in France recently, which was awesome.
As to the bottling. Great effort. Undoubtedly quicker in total elapsed time than doing four batches separately.
