Hi,

Bottled on sunday and as a test I have filled some bottles to different levels and used different amounts of cane sugar in some to see what kind of carbonation I get and what I like best.

Am I right in thinking that all carbonation should be done after the first week? I have another batch of beer to bottle this sunday coming so I want to bottle them with the carbonation I like. Hence I will need to test the bottled ones first after 1 week. They have been kept warm so it shouldnt be a problem ... should it?

I've had beer that refused to carbonate for years . . . Vossy had my last bottle and I have no idea if it was carbonated . . .it had been in the bottle for 12 years by then
