Hey
So I am embarking on the construction of my brewery, and the obvious route to me is to first get the boiler so I can extract brew then obtain the rest of the kit from there.
Anyway a couple of questions:
Say I wanted on average do 50ish ltr brews then what size boiler should I aim for 70ltr?
Old Kegs seem like a cheaper/ better alternative to the Nordic pots due to having a raised bottom to allow for piping etc, however there seems to be some legality issues with this?
How come very few people insulate there boilers surly this improve efficiency and saves on the electric bill?
Thanks
A quick note in case anyone suggests I refuse to go plastic, hot liquids and plastic do not mix in my opinion.
Thanks
