At last iv'e got a fantastic AG brew,clear as a bell. great head ,lovely hop taste just what i wanted !!!! BUT .... it could do with a little more body . Whats the best way to do this, but without changing the basic beer -taste ect.

Mashing on the hotter side produces more unfermentable sugars and can give a beer more body, likewise a cooler mashed beer will produce lots of fermentables and the resulting beer will be less sweet and thinner.
