Hi,

There are two options here, 25 litre or 23 litre batches. I'll put the 23 litre amounts in brackets incase you only want to brew 23l

Pale ale malt 2900gm (2680)
Crystal malt 350gm (325)
Chocolate malt 105gm (96)
Black malt 65gm (60)

Start of boil
Goldings hops 30gm (27)
Fuggles hops 35gm (32)

Mash schedule

67c for 90 minutes
Boil for 90 minutes

This turned out perfect for me!

brewed this yesterday, wasn't sure on the mash and boil times so went for 75 mins each

wish I had seen this first thing!
