I just started my first ever All Grain Brew using a BIAB method for 12l of beer over the weekend, I recently purchased a cheeky 20L Cast Steel Stock Pot. It's perfect for my short beer batches that I plan on doing. As I can have a few different smaller batches conditioning and find something I really like and brew it again.
My plan is to then get a proper boiler once I get good at it

100g Crystal 30L
Strike @ 71c
Sparge @ 67c
Time 60Mins
Boil @ 60Mins
10g Goldings Pellets 5.1AA @ 60Min
10g Goldings Pellets 5.1AA @ 10Min
1.050 SG before I add the Cherries. It's gonna be strong xD
Add possibly 1KG of Sweet Cherries in secondary.
Fingers cross this has good body and mouth feel
I should end up with around 11L of beer. Really hope this turns out OK!
