- After primary fermentation, I move this over to secondary for a couple of weeks to get a more clear beer.
- This is the fourth version, the other three were good, but I found out I have rather English hops than German hops
- This recipe was created because we liked to drink a Leffe with red cabbage and sausage. However, we do not buy anything that is related to ABInbev any more
