...just want to share some exceptionally good news that landed in my email inbox.
Mods, feel free to bin this if it contravenes anything.
I get my gas and lecky from Co-operative energy.
Recently the "big six" have (and some might suggest that there may be some collusion at play) almost simultaneously announced large price hikes for their energy. This in the face of FALLING wholesale prices and nice healthy profits...
Well I just got an email from the Co-op announcing a 2% DECREASE in electricity price and a freeze on both until at least April! So they were cheapest to start with, everyone else got more expensive and now they've got even cheaper still!!
They also have a refer a friend thing going at the moment where the referrer and referee(? really? referred maybe?) get 25 quid off their first bill. If you are thinking of switching, gimme a nod...
