Almost berry picking time and got me thinking of ideas, in particular blackberries as we have a massive amount of them nearby.
My initial thoughts has been to make turbo cider as normal, replacing some apple juice with juice from blackberries.
With 8l of juice used for a 10l batch, I'm thinking about 3l of blackberry with 5l of apple. Totally guessing but seems to me a good mix.
Love to hear everyone's thoughts, or experiences with similar, also any advice anyone has.
