blackberry and apple simple recipe required

Hi. Been out blackberry picking and got 1.5 kg , I also have 1.5 kg of apple's from mother in laws tree can somebody let me have a simple recipe for these. Please remember your talking to a first year wine maker lol.

I have to admit that I have never had good results using apples. Apple juice yes but using whole apples has always resulted in vinegar.

However, This might just be me!

I would nip down to the supermarket and grab 3 litres of red grape juice which will make a very tasty wine with 1.5kg blackberries.
