I have been brewing wines and ciders for a while now but have never got round to trying a bitter. I like the idea of trying a kit beer first then dry hopping it, does anyone have any reccomendations as to which kit hop combinations i should try?? :drink:

Its all about brewing to personal tastes. I think it might be a good idea to get a decent kit to baseline the quality and get an idea of what you can achieve from the can. Once you understand what can be achieved by using the kit then you can then play about with the hops and try to get the flavour profile that you like.

Given that I would recommend splashing out on the two can kits. The Woodfordes kits are very good and the Wherry is a firm favourite.
