Hey guys

Shooting for a real malt driven easy drinking bitter type beer and keen on any feedback...

Aiming for about OG 1044 and 28 IBU's

81% Pale - probably Golden Promise
9% Munich - to make up for not using maris otter
7% Cara Aroma
3% Chocolate

Now with the hops not sure to go with a single bittering addition of Goldings at 60 mins? Or to add some flavour hops in there?? Ill be using NZ goldings or US Williamette??

And yeast wise will probably use either 1469 or Nottingham...

I love you malt bill, i think i actually prefer Golden Promise to Maris Otter but it's harder source for me, regarding the hops i'd say wing it, after all you know what you like. Myself i would throw in something for aroma. Keep us posted on what you decide :thumb:
