Hi new to this forum. Im on my 3rd batch of beer making a john bull kit going well and started making wine. what I really want to know is how to make mead in a demi john. A friend suggested it and as I had the demi johns and he just dropped of some airlocks off seemed like a good time. any suggestions.
Also how would I use dextrose rather than sugar in a kit?
