Thanks to Rob @ Maltmiller My big Brewday is a go for this sunday and monday, Need to brew 4 beers for the Hot Break and personal consumption as all kegs are empty.
Looking to get them all done on Sunday with a crack of dawn start 5am for those that only know of one 5 O'clock :) If things run over I can then brew Monday if needed. As soon as they are ready to be racked off another 2 brews of ale are going in on yeast cakes, and 10 gal of wine going in, I'm getting my quota in for the summer

Look out Dunfie Lots of Entries coming your way soon
I shall post a brewday if anybody is interested ommiting actual recipes for some fun ones ;)

It's my morning time I was out at work this morning by 4:45am Up at 4, it's a way of life now Bed by 9pm though :(

My door is always open Jim :thumb:
I did try to sort out a web cam but it's too much hard work the brewhouse is 50m away from the house.
If there's anyone willing to come help me get a wifi repeater system running they can get paid for it, Oh and I will want it running on par with the infinity broadband :)

I'd have to dig a trench and the last time I tried to dig it, I had to machine it!! It's very hardcore and compact to say the least. It'd have to cross the drive then run up 50 m, which is more hassle than I want.

I got 2 down to 6-7hrs now, I know three would be possible but 4 may be too much, only one recipe is a 60min mash and boil so can save an hour there. Got to give it a try for the sake of the beer
