probably not as much as i should have ,i think between the not stirring enough and the short mash time of 60mins ,there lies my problem ,it wont happen again ,i am just waiting on a 25kg of pale malt and i will be brewing again with all this rectified.thanks again for all the suggestions as its easy to over look something and a fresh pair of eyes always helps. :
