Expensive. I bought a pulley from a local diy shop for £2 and a massive length of rope from somewhere from bm bargains for another couple of quid.
 
Considering it's from China it doesn't seem very cheap.
Also, no mechanical advantage. If you wanted to make the lift less strenuous, use a double pulley at the anchor end and a single at the bottom/lifting end.
Something like this would seem better value (although this one has 6:1 mechanical advantage & you certainly wouldn't need that! But you could easily re-rig the rope):

Not everyone wants the cheapest option. At least the OP's choice is complete and ready to go.
I prefer Hoppyland's choice as it would require very little effort to raise the bag.
 
I have a similar hoist that I bought from Aldi it works well, I also have a 3:1 hoist from the bay I use for full fermenters/bottling buckets.

It's a bit of rope and a piece of metal. Not rocket science to put together and after all we are only lifting a bag of wet grain.
