Better brew irish stout question.

I got hold of this kit cheap so put it into my bucket and let it go, it says that it should be ready after 10 days with a final reading of 1008 but mine was not. It have now been 17 days and the reading is still 1011.

Should I leave it longer or should I bottle. There no movement in the airlock and the reading 2 days ago was also 1011

Have anyone brewed this?

That's a low fg, give it a few days and if the reading is the same you should be safe :)
