Well Chaps, have a few kits under my belt now and have done them all more or less by the book, so I thought i would do a little tweaking with this kit.
My ingredients are 1 Better Brew Czech Pilsner kit, 942g of LME ( would have been a kilo but primed my Golden Ale with it and nicked some to try in my bread maker).Threw in 140g of light candi sugar left over from Brewferm kits, topped up with 23L of still spring water, I decided to replace the yeast with 2x Mauribrew lager 497 yeast as i am going to let it ferment in my cellar which is a steady 12c and see what happens.
