Best valve tap?

I'm kicking around the idea of fitting a tap to my 32 litre aluminium pan and I've seen this on eBay

I wouldn't have a clue if either is any good or indeed the correct type, it's just for sparge water so could anyone give me a steer please? Do I need something different or is one of these OK? Is one better than the other?

either of those will be fine, remember to get a decent hole cutter to do the job
