Best dry yeast for a Belgium Triple

I am going to be brewing a Belgium Tripel soon to put down for Christmas,
As this brew is all about the yeast ,i thought i would ask those who have already had good success brewing this, the yeasts that they recommend,as i do not want to brew this and then in seven months time find it is not exactly good ,due to just going for it .

I have had good results for my “Tripel Threat” brews, using the James Morton recipe from his “Brew” book.

I usually aim for 25 litres and use 3 packets of MJ31.
 
MJ M47 is also a nice one, but you shouldn't go above 8% (with bottling sugar and a bottling yeast you can reach 8,5%). The Bulldog Trapix is also a nice one, but also restricted to 8% ABV.

The M31 and M41 are also nice, have a higher ABV rating, but leave the body dryer. They are diastaticus strains, so use up everything fermentable.

I have also found that these yeasts can be underpitched. I use a pitch rate of 0,65 with these. Don't restrain temperature.

Another nice example to compare with is the St.-Bernardus tripel.
 
I don't make Tripels but Lalbrew Abbaye, M31 and M41 are all good and would suit the style.

I wonder who manufactures the Bulldog yeasts?
 
Too early to tell, but the taste of the Tripel I've just bottled using a 2:1 blend of Lallemand Abbaye and MJ 31 Tripel tasted pretty good. They could well be the same, it's just what I had in. I'd happily recommend either.

My understanding is that M31 is diastaticus and Abbaye isn't, so not the same.
