Hello all,
Some time ago I bought the ingredients to making some all grain beer but what with other commitments and young kids I had kittle spare time and didn't get round to it.
I just found the box of stuff and most of it has a best before date of around 2012, so just wondering I should bin it or give it a go...?
I have:
6kg marris otter pale malt - (it says date packed 13.4.11)
1 kg wheat malt - same date
1 vacuum packed cascade hops - 2010 crop (best before 12.12)
1 pack Safale s04 yeast best before 10.2012
Youngs irish moss bb 02.07.12
All has been stored in cool dark place.
Should I bin or brew?
Many thanks
