Hey, still trying to sort an order for BES - I think I'll use either brass or plastic push fits - which is better for brewery build? As much as I want to I can't justify cost of ss.
Also I note they have DZR tank connectors, am I right in thinking these don't leach stuff into the beer and would be suitable?
What are the imported fittings (eg part number 17728) made of - As these seem cheaper than dzr but not sure if suitable?

Thanks
Andy

Is there any difference in quality or suitability for brewery purposes in the imported ones as these are 1/2 the price of the brass UK ones, likewise are the dzr suitable or better than the imported.
Thanks Andy

I don't know as I used stainless steel. Many people use brass and copper so I would think they are OK. After all, the traditional name for the boiler is a copper so it's been used for this purpose for hundreds of years!

They will be fine. Some people prefer stainless because it is easier to clean everything but there is no reason not to use the others :thumb:
