I'm a beginner in Devon who's possibly over done it to start with, I've done a sucessful youngs Yorkshire bitter, as well as starting a youngs definitive blacberry wine and elderflower wine with a Solomon Grundy medium sweet and medium dry white wine, finally a john bull cider three of these are still primary fermentation stage. Just hoping for the best now, so far only had 1 small hicup when I dropped the yeast packet for one of the wines but it seems to be working so fingers crossed.
