Hello all, thanks for taking the time to ready my first post. I have joined after reading a thread containing a recipe for a ginger beer brew which I have barrelled up and brewing away in the spare room. I hope to start trying more recipes and my ultimate goal is to find a recipe for a budweiser like lager to keep the wife happy. Thanks again for reading.
