Afternoon Chaps,
Just returned from a trip to New York and whilst there I thought i would see how our former colony was getting along with there brewing and try a couple. Have to say they seem to be doing remarkably well, i tried the Brooklyn brewery lager which is cracking with its dry hopped aroma - guessing cascade? also tried the Coney island IPL again dry hopped but couldn't put my finger on it.
Anyway chaps does any body have the recipes for these two as i'm going to move AG soon and would love to add them to my to do list.:hat:
