I know this is probably in the wrong place but I can't post a topic in the kit reviews - can only assume it's because I don't have enough posts yet.

I tasted a sample of the above ale in my lhbs and it was delicious so I succumbed and purchased it as my first ever kit. I brewed it exactly as per instructions, left it in the FV for two weeks, transferred to a bottling bucket, batch primed and bottled one week ago. I'm afraid I couldn't resist any longer and had to pop a bottle open last night - it was still a bit cloudy but had cleared impressively, was only slightly carbonated, producing no head, was extremely hoppy and had a very bitter after taste - it was drinkable but not exactly enjoyable.
I'm guessing and hoping that it will improve significantly once it's conditioned properly.

My question is - has anyone on here tried this beer and how did it turn out? How long did you condition it for and did it improve significantly with age?

Cheers
