I bought a 3rd beer spear connector and it is causing me some grief. Hopefully someone else has fixed something similar and can offer some advice.
It seems that the spring in this spear is too strong as it won't dispense from either of my 2 taps, but I can get it to work with one of those party hose dispender things (that has an aggressive enough spring to counter the spears spring). The situation is the same regardless of the amount of pressure in the keg.
The tap was the cheapest I could get and I would have liked to buy a couple more at a similar price. However, I want something that works reliably with any tap, like my other 2 spears.
Can anybody offer some advice?
