i crate my stash bottles and when running low i find the odd crate at the back of the garage i had forgotten about quite a pleasant treat

I tend to get mine supped after a few months. 13 AGs in and I'm still improving my brews gradually. :

I clearly have an OCD. I put three aside.

One for 3 months after the last "normal" bottle, one for around six months and one for around a year just to see what happens to them.

I still have a bottle of #1 for nostalgic reasons. A youngs harvest bitter. Nearly two years old now... probably rank.
