All, yet again I'm having serious issues with my beer. Corny keg is pressurised, tubing/fittings all clean (when I did clean them, the disconnect had a build up in it -all gone).
When I pull the trigger on the party tap there's a slight movement in the tubing, but no beer comes out .

Does anybody live in Southampton, that could lend a hand???

Is there gas pressure in the corny?

Check by operating the safety valve. Does it hiss loudly

Yes. Investigate Party tap or its post.
Despense also has 3 points of failure. The party tap, Fitting, then the post.

No. Check the gas fittings and the gas. (basics first).
Gas has 3 points of failure. Cylinder tap. Fitting, then the post.

A poky stick will operate all (male and female) valves. Check them individually.
The rest is hose.

For what it's worth I reckon its gas.

Have you tried connecting a length of beer line to the out post without a party tap ? Obviously put the open end in a suitable container. If beer comes out it’s the tap that’s at fault ! Be prepared to disconnect quickly as it will gush out!
Just a thought could you have frozen the beer in the keg ?
Try all the above that MashBag suggests 👍🏼
