hi all

just done a keg of coopers larger in a keg,it been in keg in airing cupboard all night with priming sugar :)

now can i put it outside in my shed ?
just thinking of cold weather?

Just so I am clear on what you have done:

You fermented out in a bucket and then transferred to a barrel?

Now that you have primed the beer you will need to leave it somewhere warm for a good week to allow it to condition before you move it to shed. If you do it too early you will have flat cloudy beer.

yes m8
its on 2nd ferment :)
ok i shall leave it in there for another week, then its ok to put in shed :drink:

It needs to be in the warm for a week as Dufie says.

How warm is it in your airing cupboard? You really don't want it getting much above 22 centigrade. Not so important for this stage but certainly for the initial fermentation an airing cupboard can often be too warm.

Something to consider for your next brew.
