Help or advice needed !

I have a brewing bag... it was a kit years ago and all the ingredients came in the bag . You added water, hung it on the wall and four weeks later turned on the tap and out came beer, of a sort.

I'd like to use it again as a substitute rigid barrel -- just put in the fermented beer and priming sugar and leave it.

But can anyone remember these things and how much beer they took ? There is no indication and I can't find anything on the internet,so they are probably no longer produced. Laid flat the bag, which is covered in wovemn nylon to stop it splitting,
measures 23 ins by 14 ins .

I would guess a couple of gallons, allowing for expansion. There is a safety valve on the screw on top so perhaps it would not matter too much. Any clues welcome .
cheers

Yes that feels about right...not much really but better than bottling an entire 5galls !
I believe I'll have another beer too,

:wha: Would carbonation work in a flexible bag?

Wel lit was originally sold as a kit to brew beer and worked so I suppose the answer is yes ! I have in the past used big collapsable sherry bags with tap inside cardboard box, the original wine box but much bigger. It was a bit hairy tho without a safety valve.
