Hi just looking for some recipes/idea for extract red ale,saison and ipa.. was think maybe some sort of coffee red ale and maybe like a lemon saison or something like that any help much appreciated

A good place to start would be "Brewing Classic Styles" by Palmer and Zainasheff which has an award winning recipe for every beer style, extract and AG.

Sounds good to me then mate.. did you see brewdog shared all there recipes some good ideas to be got from that
