Update on this. After receiving order confirmation I got an email from Beer Hawk this morning saying the warehouse has no stock left of this item (the Hullwrecker grain mill) so cant fulfil my order. Checked the website and they've removed it completely from view.

They've asked me if I'd like to order anything else

When I placed my order stock was low (7 left IIRC) then I checked about 30 mins later and they were down to 3 left. After about an hour or so they was showing as sold out.

It's still dodgy. They either don't have accurate stock numbers on the website or the website it allowing customers to over-order. Thinking back I now remember seeing posts on here about similar issues after the first year Beer Hawk ran their black friday sale. Bad customer service in any case.

I have ordered a couple of bits and have had confirmation they are on the way to me. I guess I got in early.

I had issues during the Black Friday deal a couple of years ago. I bought a stainless pot that was half price, waited a week and it never turned up. When I contacted them, they apologised for the mistake and offered me my money back, or I could wait until they had more stock and still have it at half price. I waited about 6 weeks and the pot arrived. It was a bargain so didn't mind waiting, but was a bit annoyed they couldn't do it right in the first place.

I bought 40 quids worth of various hops. Couldn't really leave them at the price they were selling them for.
Have had confirmation the order has been processed.
After reading this had to check as many have been taken off or are out of stock now.
Should last for a while it they arrive

@Bigjas I'd happily wait six weeks to get the grain mill at the sale price but I'm a bit concerned that in their email to me this morning they didn't offer that as an option - they just asked if I'd like to order anything else (cheeky). I mentioned above that they had removed the item from view on their website but upon checking again under the sale pages it is still showing but as out of stock (I had been using the search function previously).

I've emailed to ask if they'll be getting it back in stock so we'll see what happens.

Bought several packs of hops yesterday, their website is so slow some of the items sold out before I finished checking out. Still got plenty at half price. Hopefully having multiple ounce packages won't take up my entire freezer compared to the equivalent in 100g bags or I won't be popular. May have thrown in some beers too, smart business plan they have there!

That's a decent price - great gadget I know they've released a newer version these looked to be the older model - I've got two they are a great bit of kit

The picture on the site is the old one, but I've seen posts from people who've bought from Beer Hawk in the last few weeks and they confirm it's the new one. Fingers crossed.

Just got my three carbouys delivered (six in total now) couldn't resist that at £15 each (which was even cheaper than the smaller ones), though they had run out of the bungs for them so getting a refund. Grabbed a few hops and ONE Carrabou slobber all grain box kit at half price (that 's all cos some other buggers beat me to the other stock :-)) and a bag of Citra and Liberty hops
