Just wondering if I can make lemonade from my failed brew lemons. The beer is already flat and vinegary, can I make use it for the bag of onions I have waiting to be pickled.
i dont think malt vinegar would usually contain hops, but i cant see why not. as long as you know the fault is an acetobacter infection. I would try it, as long as you are willing to potentially throw the onions away as well if it turns out horrible.
